These Terms of Service govern your use of Garage2Curb. By using Garage2Curb, you agree to these terms.
Eligibility and Accounts
You are responsible for providing accurate account information and maintaining the security of your account. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account and should notify Garage2Curb if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
Using Garage2Curb
Garage2Curb helps users discover and advertise local garage sales. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and our Community Guidelines.
Sale Listings
Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including addresses, dates, times, descriptions, photos, categories, and items offered for sale. You may only post content that you have the right to use and share.
Buyer and Seller Transactions
Garage2Curb helps buyers and sellers find one another but is not a party to transactions between users. Buyers and sellers are responsible for evaluating items, agreeing on prices, arranging payment, and completing transactions safely.
Prohibited Conduct
You may not use Garage2Curb to post illegal, fraudulent, misleading, harmful, or abusive content; impersonate another person; interfere with the operation or security of the service; or use Garage2Curb in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.
Prohibited Items
Garage2Curb may not be used to advertise or facilitate the sale of items that are illegal, stolen, counterfeit, recalled, dangerous, or otherwise prohibited by applicable law or our Community Guidelines. Garage2Curb may remove listings that violate these rules.
User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit to Garage2Curb. By publishing content through the service, you give Garage2Curb permission to host, store, display, and use that content as reasonably necessary to operate, promote, and improve the service.
Removal and Account Suspension
Garage2Curb may remove content, restrict access, suspend accounts, or terminate accounts when we reasonably believe these Terms, our Community Guidelines, applicable law, or the rights or safety of others have been violated.
Service Availability
We work to keep Garage2Curb available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or that every listing will be accurate or current.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Garage2Curb is not responsible for losses, injuries, damages, disputes, or other issues arising from interactions, transactions, listings, items, locations, or activities involving users of the service.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as Garage2Curb develops. When changes are made, the updated date at the top of this page will be revised. Continued use of Garage2Curb after updated Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
